Historian, revolutionary and cricket writer, CLR James was one of the truly radical voices of the twentieth century.
Join for an exciting night of discussion and film screening of Stuart Hall’s conversation with CLR James tracing the development of his ideas from his childhood in Trinidad, where he was born in 1901, to the long periods spent in England and the US.
‘C.L.R. James: A Life Beyond the Boundaries’ traces a remarkable life and weaves a vivid tapestry of his complex political thinking.
